**ATTENTION**

Don's latest message states that the Investor Reach Division will be bought by Merrill Corporation effective with shareholder approval at the AGM. Sales price. $2,000,000.00 i.e. 7 cents a share cold hard cash. This cash ,he states, will enable us to achieve tangible asset requirements for a NASDQ listing.

I have several questions ready to pose but will wait for comments first.........888-812-2020 #3 ps. I'm assuming the Merrill Corp he is talking about is MRLL but have no way of knowing.
