I agree with you completely that no one should base investment decisions on what they read here. Do your own work, as they used to say in school.
As for outlandish bullish predictions, here's one. AOL goes to 115 tomorrow and somewhere near 120 by earnings release on Wednesday. The flurry of PR releases from AOL and rumors floating around cyberspace--increased subscribers, broadband deal somewhere in Europe (Oo, there's one that really helps the bottom line), AOL 5.0, possible splits, possible acquisitions, etc.,etc.--has already begun and will continue though Wednesday's post-close conference call.
That's my "outlandish prediction" for the next two days, about as far as my crystal ball can see and the reason I picked up a few AOL calls this morning.
