Mike, I think the gross revenues from $1 million sales were ~$88K or so. If the revenues were $20 million they could make ~$1.8 million, probably still not enough to offset losses from cost of sales, but the mere fact that they can report audited sales numbers of $1 million should give them some credibility. As I've said before, either this puppy is severely oversold, or something funny is going on. Shareholder meeting will be good chance for the company to put rumors to rest. Anyone going? If the shareholder letter went out Oct. 7, I doubt insiders sales numbers would accurate. I'm not sure how we can tell if insiders are selling, do they have to file for a BB company? A big disadvantage of BB stocks is how hard it is to get up to date info on insider selling. Would be really nice to get BANY straightened out before then, at least from the reporting standpoint. The ANYI shares aren't worth anything to BANY at this point, so any plans to rebuild BANY using ANYI shares as leverage have to be scrapped. I guess BANY will go and sell another couple million shares to raise some more pocket change.
