<<LU can refute the reporter any time.....>> I don't think that is being realistic. They report earnings next week and the quarter is already closed. Unless they have guidance which differs from what they have said in previous conversations, they are pretty much bound to remain silent. I'm always up for a very close scrutiny of reported numbers and accounting practices, but the timing of this (mis)information smells of shorts(Freudian, no?). Cooters
