Research in Motion additional shares to trade Research in Motion Ltd RIM Shares issued 62,165,317 1999-10-15 close $44.45 Monday Oct 18 1999 TSE Bulletin 99 1244 Research in Motion additional common shares will commence trading at the opening on Oct. 15, 1999, on an "if, as and when issued" basis. The offering is for five million common shares to be sold at a price of $45.55 per share. The closing of the prospectus offering is anticipated to be before the opening on Oct. 19, 1999. Based on the closing of the prospectus offering on Oct. 19, 1999, all trades in RIM.W from Oct. 15, 1999, to and including Oct. 19, 1999, will trade on a regular three-day settlement basis.
