Solourner Smith,
Here's a link that lists filings by PCES... sec.gov
From the 13D filed last Friday (Holdings increased to 44.73%)...
"(c) On October 7, 1999 Mr. Pappajohn purchased 250,000 Shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and Warrants to purchase another 125,000 shares of Common Stock for an aggregate price of $151,250."
From the 13D filed July 29, 1999 (Holdings increased to 40.25%)...
"(c) On July 20, 1999 Mr. Pappajohn purchased 466,699 Shares of Common Stock, 625,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and Warrants to purchase another 369,320 shares of Common Stock for an aggregate price of $268,750."
Preferred Series A shares in PCES convert to common at a rate of 2 common for 1 preferred.
PCES Warrants to purchase shares have historically been at an exercise price of 50 cents a share (according to all the PCES 13D filings I've read).
Mr. Pappajohn has put $420,000 into PCES in just the past 90 days. |
