All,
What do these two posts have in common? (one from Yahoo and one of mine from earlier in the day) - and how do they relate to IDX?
Yahoo first - messages.yahoo.com The Oct 25th issue of Business Week is sporting a brand new MOT DigitalDNA ad. No mention of IDX in this one. The "catch" is "We're helping to make it possible to fit breath mints, car keys and a movie theater box office in your pocket."
Left hand page shows photos of a comb, pen, golf ball, golf tees, stick of chewing gum, candy, keys, coins, string, and a Palm VII by 3Com.
The ad is essentially about the Palm VII/MOT connection.
Are the IDX ads a thing of the past??

And mine - Message 11625479 Something to think about - Nokia crosses 3Com's Palm "As communications networks begin to converge over Internet protocols, people will be able to get the same information using different technology to access it in different places," says Pete Peterson, Volpe Brown Whelan's wireless communications analyst. "And wireless telephones and TV set-top boxes -- not the PC -- are where we will see the strongest presence of the Net. The next generation of connected consumers will prefer to get services such as My Yahoo from their cell phones and TVs." redherring.com Rick |
