Has anyone here ever heard of a deal like this? A company is soliciting shares directly from shareholder at approximately the going market price ( it's been above and below in the last month ) for 2% of the market shares outstanding of TLAB. It's a new one on me. Haven't a clue what it means. Message 11631413
