I didn't think you were making a case for a short squeeze, I know you have more sense than that from corresponding with you. Whether or not there is value here is kind of hard to say at this point, at least to me. I don't happen to be a big believer in the coffee thing, and the book thing is patently ridiculous. They seem to have terribly low margins on the computer goods and as a result have no cash to run the company -- they thought that would come from the warrants, I guess...

I agree that a real IPO was the only way this thing should have gone and was saying that a long time ago. These reverse merger bulletin board deals are pretty lame for the most part and people are lucky if they make money on them. I got lucky this time, due to the private placement, and got out with a 550% gain...no complaints there!

If there was a sign that this company was going to significantly change its mode of operations, stop issuing asinine PR like that stupid Amazon thing, stop hiring hacks to promote the stock for stock, etc, etc, I would considering getting back in. But there has been no sign of that yet, so I'll keep waiting.

I don't think Scott's background with JAWS has anything to do with this per se. It would be interesting to know how many PP participants are still even in this stock right now. I think their departure is what has taken this thing below $1, followed by a total lack of interest among new potential investors.
