>>> Which cyber broker is the best for Dummies? <<<

I'll try to share my own experience,
if anyone has a difference please share.

I have tested 5 cyber brokers -
DATEK, Dreyfus, Charles Schwab, AB Watley, Wit Capital.
(I've seen few others but doesn't have enough experience to talk about it)

Since this is a recommendation for dummies,
I'll keep it simple.

My first choice for Cyber-Broker is DATEK online.
datek.com

Good:
1. Easy to use
2. Real time quote and real time cash balance.
3. Only $9.99 per trade.
4. Fast execution.

Bad:
1. No Options
2. No BB stocks
3. Very poor short selection
(But as a dummy, I don't care. Actually a dummy shouldn't touch any of these stuff until later.)

*I am NOT related with DATEK and didn't get any fee for posting this. (hmmm, maybe I should send the bill)
