Participants are advised that there is no withdrawal or notice of guaantee deliver privilege afforded this offer. Not sure, but I think this means that they are under no obligation to purchase, but you are under an obligation to sell. I would definitely consult a securities lawyer before writing what looks like may be a free Nov 15th 62.5 Call on those TLAB shares. Note the misspelling. Maybe a typo by the poster on TLAB thread. But if not it doesn't give me a warm feeling about the offering party.
