Dieter - I sincerely don't believe the sell off is just driven by institutions seeking liquidity. The sell-off is far beyond that - and not commesurate with other stock behavior in the industry. It is my experience, that in such situations, 90% of the time you have some "bad news" out there that is poisoning the stock.

Having said that, I don't have the faintest clue as to what that could be.

Finally - I could be wrong. This could be one of the 10% of cases where the sell-off is unconnected with any nefarious reasons.

Not knowing NOVL well enough, I cannot narrow it down any further. My opinion is based purely on trading patterns - and 9 times out of 10, trading like the kind in NOVL, says "something's rotten".

I figure, all the knowledgeable NOVL posters here, are in a far better position to hypothesize on what (if any) the bad news may be.

Regards,

Morgan
