bb, We're not totally in disagreement; in fact, we are in much agreement.

Otherwise, the Phleet would not be in port. I cannot tell you the last time the Phleet was in port for two weeks. There's a bunch of drunk sailors all over town. <gg>

The difference is that the Phleet is in retirement accounts, so I cannot short. Further, I was not willing to put on a USPIX position in a strong earning's season.

All the OEX did this afternoon was come up and hit the 60-min down trend line. Hardly, an indication of strength. That said, I can certainly understand why folks would use OEX 645 as an accumulation point.
