NetCommerce Inc. Lists Its Shares On
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 1999-- NetCommerce Inc.
(''NEET'') (OTCBB:NEET - news) Monday announced that shares will begin trading on the Third
Market Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Monday, Oct. 18, 1999.
As a result, trades can now be placed through Xetra, the Deutsche Borse's international electronic
trading system. NetCommerce's trading symbol of the shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is
''NT7,'' and the German securities code (Wertpaplerkennnummer) is 928 446.
Frankfurt is the largest German stock exchange and has higher international recognition than
alternative German listings. The Third Market Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange lists such
well-known North American companies as AT&T, Boeing Inc., Eastman Kodak Inc., and
Netscape Inc.
Listing on the Frankfurt Exchange is a further development along NetCommerce's corporate strategy
to create improved liquidity for its shareholders and increase its corporate goals into the European
Market. German financial institutions can now follow NetCommerce's progress and, the company
hopes, assist in its worldwide expansion to be a global leader as an Internet business holding
company.
NetCommerce Inc. is a fully reporting public company which holds equity positions in domestic
Internet Service Providers, software development, companies, and Internet product marketing
companies specializing in e-business, and Internet-related video telecommunications. The company's
Internet services, including web page design, Web-hosting and ISP marketing activities are
conducted through MetroplexWeb Inc., a Nevada corporation (''Metroplex Nevada'').
The company's Internet-related telecommunications services, including prepaid calling cards,

Both Metroplex Nevada and InterCom are wholly-owned subsidiaries. InterCom is presently a
development-stage company. Anyuser, subject to the pending acquisition, will become a 47 percent
owned subsidiary of InterCom.
