OF course the RB chat lines are down now. As I recall, Keith indicated that he was to be in NYC on Wednesday, and back to Tulsa late Wed night. The Cincy shareholders meeting was also set for Wed. There was a little guessing going on (primarily because Keith can keep a secret) as to whether a visit might be made to the SEC. I would like to refer all to RB post #6825, where KAA guessed that there would be a couple of filings with the SEC as a prelude to the news-----or the news might come first. Looks like the filings may happen first after all. My opinion. Rich PS: the shareholders meeting of the Cincy group may be taking place in NYC. We should not have assumed it was to be held in Cincy.
