Jenna, Kendall's was a very timely notice and I entered on the news as it appeared on PR Newswire at 3:03 and DJ news at 3:06. I'd find your reason for taking the position before the news beneficial. I've carefully reviewed the volumes and price action prior to the announcement (hour and a half) and didn't find anything special (low volumes and small trades). In fact, in the fifteen minute period 2:45 to 3:00 only 5.5K shares were traded well below PHCM's 15 minute average (the lowest of the day with a single 2500 share purchase 5/16ths below the bid) which seems to indicate that no one knew that the news was about to spring. What did you see that would indicate that this was about to pop prior to the news? I'm always looking for something that I can use that will provide this type of advantage and certainly didn't see it on Level Two or any of my other indicators until after the announcement was made. Thanks.
