This leads to an interesting find in Nevada Clark County. It looks like the Nevada Public Employees Retirement system won a judgement against a Robert Dultz, The Weston Group and Weston Commodities. Hmmmmm. I wonder what the particulars of that case were? Interesting that the Spencer Eubank that was the former registered Secretary of ESXS may just have been in business with this gentleman.
