Well, if they can issue ±1.6MM shares at ±$1.00, won't they have finessed the delisting?

Say 0.15 earnings for FY 1999 (backlog money recognized or not? If not, mebbe more). At a P/E of 12, reasonable for a tech innovator, doesn't that work out to about a $1.80 stock?
