I don't think a reverse split will do it. DTM's problem with delisting (at least as far as I understand it) is the value of their float. It's not the stock price. The stock price has basically been fine (about $1 is ok for Nasdaq). The problem is that the float is 3.4M shares multiplied by about $1/share is a float of $3.4M. The Nasdaq requirements are $4M float. So I that means they need to get the stock price up so that the float is worth more than $4M. They had this problem about 6 months ago. A reverse split would raise the price but reduce the float thereby doing nothing to the problem.
