The TA does signal a positive turn. DSIT may encounter some resistance at $3.50, and some lesser resistance at $4.00. We probably won't see Q3 results until the first week of December, and the Meritus deal won't close until Q1 next year, so the only news-related catalysts would be licenses or partnerships. Isn't there always the potential Pokémon announcement? They have some unique products which could benefit from the license.
