My home system is a 3-year old dual Pentium Pro 200 with 128 MB of memory running Windows NT 4.0. 128 MB is enough for most tasks, but definitely not an extravagance. I frequently have to wait for disk paging when RAM is all used up. I wish I had upgraded to 256 MB when RAM was cheap. Land_Lubber
