Michael, I've been through all the info and links on you site and was left with no illusions, that nothing there was guaranteed. I don't think anybody could even remotely attach any blame to you. The company knew about the site, also they knew perfectly well that people were investing and trading on that information alone, as the company chose not to keep the investors informed. I can't claim any legal experience, but it is just obvious to me that the company had an obligation to intervene, if your info was grossly incorrect. The PR yesterday was a perfect opportunity to do so. My conclusion is that your website is a solid piece of DD.
