Jay Igot some of Tek's email that spoke of a functioning news booth that they had set up. They braodcast the NAB news from it. What was that like. Did this demo their whole line up of equipment. Apparently they must have about everything for the digital tv braodcast station except the transmitter. Which If thats true would mean that Tek has a bright future in the upgrade of broadcast stations to HDTV standars as mandated by the FCC. How much of the news station that TEK had at NAB was outfitted with TEK equipment? On Harris' web page for their communication contract you will find that they have already made deals to begin constuction of new HDTV facilities in miami and New York. Where would you think they will get all the equipment for these projects?
