Housing Starts for Sept. = -3.2% to 1.618 m units
census.gov Privately owned housing starts in September were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,618,000, according to estimates reported today by the U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of the Census. This is 3 (+/-6)percent below the revised August rate of 1,672,000, but 3 (+/-7)percent above the September 1998 rate of 1,576,000 |
