Clariti IP to Offer Bundled Internet and Long Distance Services in New York and New Jersey

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1999--Clariti Telecommunications International, Ltd. (OTC:CLRI) ("Clariti") today announced that its business unit, Clariti IP Services, will begin offering bundled Internet and long distance services in New York and New Jersey this month. The Company's offerings will allow consumers to consolidate their long distance phone and Internet service needs into a single package.

The bundled services will be launched via direct mail to consumers and businesses. Clariti IP is utilizing sophisticated statistical modeling techniques that allow it to direct offers to selected businesses and consumers in under-penetrated segments of the Internet and telecommunications markets. The first test mailings will launch in late October and continue through November.

The Company will offer two consumer programs as well as a number of programs designed for the business user. The first consumer program will include

discounted Clariti IP Internet access combined with long distance,

and the second program will combine Clariti IP access with America Online ("AOL") (NYSE: AOL) content.

Other offers targeting small to medium size businesses will provide web hosting and Internet services designed to provide business owners with an easy and comprehensive solution to get on the web.
