I just look for stock buybacks. I also watch companies which I have been familiar with for extended periods of time for big sell offs which might provide a good buying opportunity based on historical trading patterns. The latest one I am watching is ARGY which announced they were buying back a huge percentage of their stock:

finance.yahoo.com

I like ARGY at 4 to 4 1/2.

Those CPI figures are going to weigh heavy on the market.
