Insight into the trade deficit... If you run the figures on trade deficit versus weak dollar the correlation is almost a perfect 1. What does this mean.. When we have a weak dollar Vs other currencies our stuff is cheap to buy!!!! Money comes pouring in and the deficit gets better real fast. With the dollar testing lows the answer for a fix to the deficit is in and of itself a weak dollar. The relationship is strong both ways an improving deficit will follow a stronger dollar. It sounds simple but the quantum mechanics are complicated! Arcticwarrior(Let the bulls run!!!)
