This stock went up with the market but fell on lower than expected earnings; then came back when it bought an other company. When it fell analysts related it to the car battery market. It is big and well-run, which is probably why institutions own it; but if it depends on car sales then I would wait for a recovery in that sector. That's as much as I know.
