This is what I was afraid of: that people would get bogged down in debating whether they approved of a particular nominee or not. Let's forget about whether someone's influence was "constructive" or "destructive." If your standard is, quite simply, that the nominee must have been one of the 100 "most influential" figures of the 20th century, Reagan would probably make it. The same thing is true of Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, and Mao.
