Yes, Dell looks like it might suffer a little, but they seem to be fearlessly using the same constraints they all must face to put a knife into the competition.

Did you see where Apple tried to raise prices, only to later ask forgiveness and lower prices? They've got a real supply problem getting the MPU's to meet demand. So, they tried to raise prices on existing orders.

Maybe Dell can turn this to advantage. They seem to be putting the screws on suppliers to keep them going at the expense of others. Maybe they jump market share? Maybe this is a very temporary problem and we do see Dell loose some points only to get them back double?

Anyway, I've got cash for the first time in 2 years. Feels pretty good. I'm still 95% stocks, but no margin! That won't last long tough as I've agreed to buy a 1/2 acre here and build a house on it next year.

Stilll, I'm looking to sell. Sorry I missed the last move on SNDK. I had an order in for 40 5/8's the day it dropped only to cancel it. Should have gone with my instinct, but thought I should keep the cash.

Still think there will be a general market drop. Looking to sell more.

Regards,

Mark
