It's certainly a nice premium but I was going to enjoy holding this one for the next few years and coming out even further ahead. So the parties over and I have to go find another similar investment with which I'll have the same confidence....not that easy nowadays.

Another example of how far Vntv has fallen. NT is one of those companies that has a multitude of front office applications installed, Aurum/Baan, Clfy, Trilogy, but Vntv had the largest install base for sure, and from what I had heard they were very well liked in the areas they were installed. I'm sure NT took a look at buying Vntv but opted for Clfy at 5 times the market cap. Wonder if Luongo's found a new job yet?

Also agreed this will make life easier for Sebl. Although I could see Sebl stock falling as some unsophisticated analysts view this as big boy NT with all their money getting into the front office market to squash the little guys......sort of the IBM effect you use to see years ago when they bought up some small company, only then to screw the integration 2 years later. Let's see if we've learned from history, in which case Sebl should go up if anything.
