Don't you think that Intel would have cleared the license issue with the Q before purchasing DSP? It seems to me that some sort of agreement or understanding would have necessarily been in place as part of the deal. Otherwise, Intel takes too big a risk that the license issue will not be resolved after it invests in DSP. Result: A really bad situation.
