"somewhat" thanks chris.

it's not the inverse of psft/vntv. I think NT is kicking butt in optical based on everything we've done on the optical infrastructure segment and clarify was doing well, but this merger doesn't make that much sense to me.

My guess is sebl gains even more share over the next 12 months than they would have if clarify were stand alone.

lucent screwed around with vntv in this space and even after they partnered clfy sold stuff to lucent. I'm pretty convinced that telco and infrastructure equipment makers can't sell enterprise solutions, but who knows what's next.... cisco buys sebl?

i'd like to replace my clfy with some software, but i needed too much gaviscon worrying about the disease of back end loading and one time sw licensing to look in the enterprise space.

I have super high confidence in merq, but it's already a monster position and we own enough sebl too.

if amcc, pmcs, or jdsu get whacked enough, maybe we'll add there but we own a full boat there too. maybe cash for a little while ain't so bad.
