Come on now don't be incompetent. I don't believe he even has ownership of the shares yet. If you look down on the next page it states: (7) Includes warrants to purchase 150,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $.75 per share. Mr. Theismann is a spokesperson for Financial Intranet. That is on page 38. Several others listed on page 37 you should go take a look at. For some reason my name is not on the list.
