Steven, Hope all is well with you? It will be next year before MXP will start to move. Rainwater put the company in limbo for now. It will give one a chance to buy the stock at a lower price.(4.50 to 5.00)

PS: He did want a reverse split, (5-1) now Rainwater is going to get his way.
