I know you don't Brad and that is why I stated at the bottom of the post that it is not you.

I always look forward to reading your postings on the ANYI/BANY threads. However, the current situation is completely out of our hands.

To me, the big mistake was letting BANY go to the pinkies. Yes, letting it go. Wrong format, lady on vacation is all a bunch of crap. The ball was dropped because of incompetence and/or lack of focus. I am puzzled since these same people were able to successfully go through the SEC process with ANYI.
