Consensus estimate was .11, whisper .13. They came in at .11 With the exception of a 7K sale, insiders bought since January. The president purchased over $3M in shares at 12 15/16. Large block trades. Institutions were probably required to sell on any large downtick (sell first, analyze later), but lots of buys in size: 10K, 20K, 25K lots, usually above the offer. Bought 5K shares at 16 3/4. Couldn't believe it. Trading halted right now. Stock will probably close north of 20 today... Can't find any pending news that would account for this volume that currently is 7x daily avg volume. Mark A. Peterson
