I'd be curious to know what time of day it was!?

I noticed here in New York that from 5:30pm to 8:00pm
the store managers and corporate salespeople go home,
and the remaining staff tend to 'hide' from customers.
They are not understaffed, just poorly supervised and
motivated as most non-commissioned non-profit sharing,
possibly underpaid and incompetent people tend to be.
