A buy-in? That's a pity.

At least the stock has been drifting back down again and you didn't get a buy-in in the high teens.

Now when are they going to file that form 10?

Ernst and Young has already had 3 months now.

How hard could it be to put a form 10 together?

Oh well, I guess they aren't under any pressure to file to avoid getting delisted from the pinks or wherever it is that this stock is trading.
