True story. When I was six I happened across a box of "feminine napkins". Intrigued, I opened one of the wrappers (dead ringer for the wrapper of an ice cream bar) and pulled out this ittybitty thick replica of a twin mattress. Size and shape of an ice cream bar. I realized at once that major absorbency was the general idea. But I couldn't get around one captivating thought.
"Boy, girls sure are messy eaters."
