could be, but it is to be expected. i found these shares in my IRA and am content to let them ride...CHOPP was worth nothing last time i looked at this account. i think the concept is good, and someone has been buying with no news so i think it will be interesting. plus, most p&d BB stocks don't go through the effort to become fully reporting...should be interesting.
