But even if you can count the hits, how can the Pharmaceuticals actually figure out how much sale/revenue is actually generated from the customers who find information about certain drugs from the MCNS web site?

If the Pharmaceuticals can't measure the hard return on their Sponsorship investment, would that not limit the amount of revenue MCNS can demand?
