Rande- re:competition... My apologies, I mis-communicated. I understand that Hear enforces their patents. Hear also buys companies, like RogerWilco, that do the same thing. The link I provided you is a company that is doing the same thing as Hear, and there is no patent suit against them... they have patents pending of their own. Looking at history, Hear can either enforce their patent (like Lipstream) or buy them (like RogerWilco) or compete with them (has yet to be done). Hope I am making sense now. Just my opinion. Jon :)
