(Nasdaq: LVLT), today announced that it has entered into an agreement with The X-Stream Network (NASD OTC BB: XSNI), the UK's third largest Internet Service Provider (ISP) and pioneer of free Internet access, to provide dedicated IP bandwidth. Under the terms of the agreement, Level 3 will provide X-Stream with broadband access to global bandwidth across the Level 3 network.
