For TIPS, my understanding is the shares are restricted for sale for 2 years, and you need to do a SEC filling before the sale.
At this time you have until.... Nov. 30, '99' to buy the right @.01 a share at you broker for your allowed shares, 1 TIPS for 4 TNRG.
