This is another of those news releases that remains arcane in that it doesn't give us any idea what the agreement will add to their revenue stream. This is a highly competitive business and margins are small. Puerto Rico, by no means, can be considered a major market but the relationship with Telefonica may be significant because of their South American market share. I wonder if anyone has bothered making a call to Investor Relations just to find out what they are saying.
