It is very strange that following positive news the stock price falls. Is it possible that there is some group which is convinced of the merits of the company and is trying to drive it into a reorganization where they can gain control? At some point Jensen will not be able to raise money and the company could be acquired via a reverse split. The short position of the acquiring group would be dissolved at a discount of at least 90%. Existing shareholders would be diluted out. Of course, Jensen would set up a private deal where he would do well. Any comment?
