hhl.a already has court protection the court has already granted several extensions and will continue as long as the company is showing progress which they have been. the bondholders do not have a leg to stand on. that was the reason for court protection in the first place to stop the bondholders from trying to take control. the only thing that has changed in this saga is hhl.a now has an agreement that benefits them in the marger with the refinery.
