Those with good memories may recall MRKR was trading well over $.75 last March after the buy out offer from Tecnica / Volkl. On or about March 23 1999 a breach of contract lawsuit for Piero G Ruffinengo ( no relation )against MRKR hit the wires. The stock sunk to $.35 and despite my best efforts has trended the wrong way since. I am happy to report that the matter is settled.
