If anyone cares, here's the reason for the decline. Shareholders (insiders) are filing to sell substantially all of their shares. The thinking here probably goes like this: if they thought they could get a better value for CBTSY by selling the company, they would. Instead, they're putting their own shares to the market. So the market sees lack of confidence in the officers/directors in their ability to increase the price of their stock through merger/acquisition/the normal course of business. Accordingly, it has hammered the stock. freeedgar.com BTW, I sold my shares purchased at 16 3/4 today at 18 3/8 after trading resumed. Mark
